Project Management Office (PMO)

Clients may engage requirements driven project managers and make use of Lolopop’s proven project methodologies. Used internally for all Abator development efforts and in support of select clients, the Lolopop PMO features the best practices found in PMBOK, CMMI, Agile and RUP processes.

The PMO offers Software Development services. Clients may outsource full or partial application development efforts to Lolopop’s US-based staff. As part of this service, Lolopop provides an integrated development environment in a secure collaboration portal with web-based software and central repositories for all project artifacts: support applications; libraries and utilities; issue, change and build management; and, quality assurance.

Lolopop PMO uses defined, prioritized metrics for measurement, analysis and continuous improvement of the management and development processes. Metrics are gathered and reported for evaluation of both Technology and Process:

  • Constant measurement of system, network and support applications uptime and response time.
  • Quantitative measurement of user satisfaction. Lolopop involves users in the virtual team – from requirements gathering through test and deployment with a combination of open ended feedback and surveys. End user satisfaction is crucial for the success of any software development … if users aren't satisfied, the effort is pointless.
  • Qualitative measurement of efficiency and effectiveness. Lolopop measures project schedule, design effectiveness, guideline adherence, productivity and quality assurance.
  • People: measure turnover and training. Lolopop offers stable development teams with continuity of effort. Reduced communication issues – time zone, defect management, language fluency and cultural reference. Pre-qualified candidates available to step in as needed using Lolopop’s very specific development methodologies.

Quality Management Office (QMO)

Clients may use Lolopop’s QMO (embedded in our integrated development environment) to validate system requirements or test software. Lolopop QMO defines the acceptable level of quality, describing how the project will ensure this level of quality in its deliverables and work processes. It documents the strategy that will be used to verify and ensure that a product or system meets its design specifications and other requirements.

At minimum, Lolopop offers: Quality Management Planning; Test Strategy; Test Plan for each level of Testing (i.e. Unit, System, Systems Integration, Performance, UAT detailing a systematic approach to testing with a detailed understanding of what the eventual workflow will be); Test Cases for each level of Testing (i.e. Unit, System, Systems Integration, Performance, UAT); Test Summary Report for each level of Testing (i.e. unit, System, Systems Integration, Performance, UAT); and, QA/Testing Status Reports (systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project to ensure that standards of quality are being met).
